You thoughts can ...Interesting points on suffering. You thoughts can apply to everyone, not just Roman Catholics -- we all suffer at one point or another, and we all seek to understand why. I really like Point 2; sometimes it's hard to ignore the "wordly" perspective, but wordly recognition is fickle, and overreliance on it doesn't give you anything real to fall back on when times are tough. <br /><br />As an aside, I'd forgotten the power of the language in the Book of Isaiah.
